As part of our ongoing effort to better our systems, we've made minor updates to improve usability and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities. The following will be updated:
General Updates:
Dental Claim Overlay Update
We are updating this to use the most current form
EditUser Page Updates
User Types
"Account Administrator" and "Customer User" will be the only available options
Customers using other user types will still have those options available
All other unused user types will be removed
Email Distribution Lists
Unused email distribution lists will be removed
Permissions
Unused permissions will be removed
Workflow Queue permissions will be moved to the Workflow Section
Associates
By default, "Associates" will not be shown
Workflow Associates will be moved to the Workflow Section
Your Account Manager can enable this change for you
NEW: Workflow Section
This will only show if your account is enabled for this process

We are making backend changes to the Return Mail update. We are adding in additional security checks for:

Secure Shells Discontinued: 10/1/22
We have seen an increase in phishing attempts recently, where attackers are mimicking secure email shells. We will be discontinuing the use of secure shells on 10/1/22. We request that you either stop sending PHI over email or set up TLS connectivity between our mail servers so we can continue to protect your data.
If you have not set up TLS connectivity with SDS, please reach out to your Support Team and they will be happy to work with your team to get this set up!
