This maintenance, originally scheduled for Wednesday, 9/29, has been delayed to Thursday, 9/30. Updated details below:
Our data center provider will be conducting a major maintenance event at our Edina, MN location on Thursday, 9/30. The maintenance window is currently scheduled to begin at 12:00 AM and end at 2:00 AM CST. During this window, the following services may become unavailable for a period of up to 15 minutes:
SafeClaim archived images older than 90 days
QuickClaim test environment
Secondary SMTP service
This maintenance is not expected to impact normal service processing or QuickClaim production systems.
