As part of our ongoing effort to configure our systems to recommended security best practices, we've made improvements to mitigate potential security vulnerabilities. The following will be updated:
Multi-Factor Authentication Warning: Tuesday, 9/7
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an increasingly critical component of online security, particularly on systems that access sensitive information such as PHI or financial data. SDS strongly recommends that all users and customers enable MFA on their QuickClaim and Stream accounts.
To encourage adoption of MFA on QuickClaim, SDS will be adding a warning to the homepage for all users who have not yet enabled the feature. The warning will contain a brief description and a link to the MFA enrollment interface.
General Updates:
As part of our ongoing effort to better our systems, we've made minor feature updates to improve usability. The following will be updated:
CMS1500 & UB04 Claim Editor: Wednesday, 9/8
The update will correct a rare issue where documents can post to the customer worked Pended Reject Queue without a rejection description.
