General Updates:

As part of our ongoing effort to better our systems, we've made minor updates to improve usability. The following will be updated:

• SmartZone Snippets Queueing Engine Replacement 
  • This weekend, SDS will be replacing the backend engine that queues snippet records to the verification frontend application. This change is not expected to impact any customer work queues or reports.
