QuickClaim Updates

Security Updates:

As part of our ongoing effort to configure our systems to recommended security best practices, we've made improvements to mitigate potential security vulnerabilities. The following will be updated:

Password Recovery Workflow Change: Monday, 3/1/21
- SDS will be changing the way our “Forgot Password” password recovery system works. Specifically, users will no longer receive a temporary password by e-mail but will instead receive a clickable link that can be used to enter a new password.

General Updates:

As part of our ongoing effort to better our systems, we've made minor feature updates to improve usability. The following will be updated:

Print to PDF Update: Tuesday, 3/2/21
- Back-end logic update to the "PrintToPDF" feature which will add support for the documents that have been archived in the new SafeClaim archive. No user impact is expected.
