General Updates:

As part of our ongoing effort to better our systems, we've made updates to improve usability. The following will now be available:

NEW Feature: Executive Dashboard Summary
- The Executive Dashboard Summary will provide a new display of key reports. It will be shown on the homepage above your queues. There will be three portions of this summary, details shown below.
- This will not be automatically enabled for any account but you can request this view via your Client Partner or through your Technical Partner Team.
- Once enabled, you can make this accessible to your users by going to Edit User Page > Permissions > Miscellaneous > Executive Dashboard Summary

1. General Description - this will show the turnaround time, overall volume, and quality for the filter you select.

2. Volume Details - this will show the volume details for the filter you selected.

You can also access the volume counts by hovering your mouse over the section
In the pie chart, you can hide elements by clicking the label of that element listed above the pie chart
Clicking the colors of the pie chart or the total document section will give the DCNs of that form type

3. Bar Graph - this will show the trend of the volume form types over the date provided.

You can hide certain form types as well as get further insight into the different form types by clicking the desired item in the key
