QuickClaim Notice: Unused Page Deactivation

Overview

To continue to advance the QuickClaim application and ensure optimal system performance, Smart Data Solutions will be deactivating legacy and unused pages. In the coming days, a warning message will be shown on pages with a deactivation date to ensure transitions to new pages are understood and no functionality is lost or overlooked.

Example Page Deactivation Warning Message

What does it mean?

SDS has set this page to be deactivated on the date mentioned for at least one of the following reasons:

There is a new and improved page alternative
The page has not been in use in the last 6 months

What should you do?

If you feel you require access to this page, please reach out to your support team and include the bolded page name from the warning message. In the example image, that name would be “WorkflowQueuesSetup.vm”. Please also provide a summary of the value this page is providing to you and how you are currently using the page. This helps us to either provide you with a new page/workflow to use or reconsider page deactivation. Extending the deactivation date or enabling a page will only take a few minutes once you give this information to your support team.

Post Deactivation

Once pages are deactivated a page deactivated message will be displayed

What does it mean?
The page you are trying to access is already deactivated and will be scheduled to remove from our system entirely.

If you see this “Page Deactivation” warning message or if you are redirected to the “Page Deactivated” page and feel like you will need access to this page, please follow below instructions.

What should you do?

If you feel you require access to this page, please reach out to your support team and include the page name that is in bold in the deactivation message. In the image above, that name would be “CachedEnrollmentDKR.vm”. Please also provide a summary of the value this page is providing to you and how you are currently using the page. This helps us to either provide you with a new page/workflow to use or reconsider page deactivation. Extending the deactivation date or enabling a page will only take a few minutes once you give this information to your support team.
